North Side Optimists
The North Side Optimist Club
charted on September 8, 1947 with the Optimist Club of Indianapolis members
as the sponsors. We were

in Indiana.

Built by North Side
Under the leadership of the Downtown Club we assisted in building the

several other Optimist Clubs on its own: Plainfield (1954), Lawrence
(1957), Indianapolis Ripple-Dale (1958), Meadows (1959), Eastgate
(1962), Riley Center (1964), Monument (1965), Irvington-Warren (1990),
Washington Park North (2001) and Fishers (2002).
